OMC Chairman’s Visit to Company Fields – Day Two- Opening of the Football Stadium in Nakhla Field

The Second day’s main event was the opening of the Nakhla field’s football stadium. Attended by a gathering of employees and a number of visitors, the chairman officially opened this new sports venue which is to act as both a sports and a recreational area that will help ease work-related stress and hopefully help employees be more active and more healthy.

The chairman also held a number of meetings with the employees during his two-day visit, discussing with them the difficulties and problems they face in their daily work, and the means to overcome these difficulties and problems, the chairman stressed during these meetings the importance of fully adhering to the precautionary measures to confront the outbreak of the Corona Pandemic, urging all employees to strictly follow all instructions and advice issued by the HSEQ department. Reiterating that the health and safety of employees is a top priority for SOO.
