Announcement for Pre-qualification Invitation

Sarir Oil Operation Company B.V. Libyan Branch (SOO) head office located in Tripoli and operates two areas located in Al-Wahat region eastern part of Libya, Area 91 and Area 107.

Sarir Oil Operations intends to issue a Call for Tender for Travel Services.

Therefore, SOO invites the interested local and international Travel Agencies (or their representatives) specialized in providing travel services to participate in the pre-qualification stage and submit their documents for evaluation and preparation of bidders list.

Scope of Services:

The required services are including but not limited to:

• National and International tickets
• Hotels room booking.
• Help line for last minutes changes.
• Arrangements for abroad meetings and transportation services

Qualification Requirements:

For contractors to be able to participate to the tendering stage, the attached Intention to Bid Form shall be duly filled and submitted along with the

• Legal File
• Company Profile
• Financial File

Interested contractors will be notified to collect the tendering package at a designated date.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• The Pre-qualification Invitation is not an invitation to tender and doesn’t imply any commitment or obligation, implied or otherwise, for Sarir Oil Operations to issue a tender enquiry or enter into a contract.
• SOO reserves its right to reject any and/or all companies at its sole discretion. Such act by SOO shall be final and shall not be contested or challenged by any participants.
• The company will deal only with the persons officially authorized by the companies applying for pre-qualification.
• The company has the right to extend the bidding period for another period of time if necessary, provided that the additional period is automatically announced on the company and National Oil Corporation websites.
• All costs of whatsoever nature incurred in the preparation and submission of the Pre-qualification documents, including visits, if any, incurred in connection with this invitation, shall be borne by companies intended to participate.

Participation:

• The last date to receive the above requested documents is 02/09/2021 at 12:00 pm, local time. Accordingly, all interested contractors should submit the required information not later than the above-mentioned date. Any document submitted after this date will be disregarded.

• The documents are to be submitted in one hardcopy and electronic copy (in a hard support) and to be sent (or hand delivered), prior to the specified deadline date, to the following address:
