As part of Sarir Oil Operations’ strategy to develop and stay up-to-date with modern management methods, a contract was signed with (KPMG), one of the top international companies in the auditing field, to update the company’s policies and procedure manuals. A team from (KPMG) visited the company’s headquarters in Tripoli to observe how the company operates and assess the state of current applied policies and procedures through a series of interviews with several related department managers and coordinators under Internal Audit department supervision.
Interviews are still ongoing throughout this week to allow (KPMG) team to collect all required information in order to implement the project.
This project comes within the framework of SOO’s Operator Management Committee plan to develop an integrated administrative system for the company and update its policies and procedure manuals.
