Today, Sarir Oil Operations (SOO) proudly celebrates its sixth anniversary, marking six years of dedication, resilience, and commitment to excellence.
While this year presented exceptional challenges that affected the achievement of some planned objectives, it also demonstrated the strength, adaptability, and determination of our people. Through teamwork and perseverance, we continued to make meaningful progress across key areas of the organization.
A defining achievement of the year has been the advancement of upholding the highest standards of safety and operational excellence. Our HSE performance remains among the strongest in the sector, and we are especially proud to have maintained six consecutive years with zero Lost Time Incidents (LTI), reflecting the strong safety culture embedded throughout our operations.
A remarkable progress has been also made in our digital transformation journey through the successful implementation of SAP solutions across multiple business functions, moving SOO toward a more integrated, efficient, and data-driven future.
At the same time, we continued to invest in our people through training and development opportunities that strengthen skills, enhance capabilities, and support future growth.
Over the past six years, SOO has grown through resilience, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement. While challenges and uncertainties remain, we move forward with confidence in our people, determination to build on our achievements, and a continued commitment to supporting Libya’s oil and gas sector through safe, efficient, and responsible operations.
