REPORTS TO: Applications and Technical Support Coordinator

LOCATION: Field 

WORK MODE: Full time

 

Objectives of Job:

  • Responsible for carrying out all tasks on telecommunication equipment and network infrastructure on field sites.
  • Assists during planning and execution of projects and assures the completion of the job including material specification and documentation.
  • Responsible for the promotion of a safe work environment.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve physical layer cable connectivity (copper telephone, network twisted pairs and fiber optical).
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve TV, CCTV, Radio/SAT problems.
  • Address technical problems with (LAN) including Wi-Fi.
  • Troubleshoot network and telephone sockets and patch panels.
  • Address telephone, dect phones and VOIP issues.
  • Configure new phones, dect, CCTV, and Radio.
  • Set up, support, and troubleshoot multimedia equipment, -videoconference, TV and beamers in training and conference rooms.
  • Contribute to creating and updating ICT documentations and knowledge base information.
  • Follow ICT internal workflows, guidelines, and policies.

 

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • High diploma or higher certificate in Information Technology or Telecommunications.
  • Minimum of 3 years telecom work experience.
  • Intermediate English language.
  • Building up knowledge with self-study learning concept.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Creative problem solving.
