Job Summary:

We are seeking a versatile professional who can seamlessly transition between warehouse supervision and SAP master data management. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations while maintaining accurate data within our SAP systems. This dual responsibility requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and expertise in both warehouse processes and SAP modules, as Head of Warehouse Section, the primary responsibility is to manage and maintain material master data within the SAP system. This data includes information about materials specification and classification.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise the warehouse staff and manage day-to-operations.
• Coordinate receiving, storing, and issuing materials and equipment.
• Maintenace accurate inventory records using SAP.
• Provide training and support to warehouse staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Optimize warehouse layout and storage methods.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics team
• Manage material master data creation, maintenance and governance within SAP system.
• ensure data integrity through regular audits and validations.
• Collaborate with business units to understand data requirements.
• Develop and maintain data standards and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve master data-related issues.
• Monitor data quality metrics and implement improvements.
• Stay informed about SAP updates and enhancements.
• Work closely with SAP teams on system enhancement.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• A degree in logistics, supply chain management, information technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or SAP master data specialist, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics principles and hold In-depth knowledge of SAP modules, particularly MM and FICO in SAP ECC and S/4HANA environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with material groups classification.
• Ability to read material data sheet and engineering drawings.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office particularly excel.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is essential.
