Objectives of Job:

The SAP System Specialist is responsible for the functional ability of the Plant Maintenance Module under the SAP (System Applications and Products). He has to implement, supervise and control all planning activities on the installed system and support the different sections of the technical service department in utilizing the Plant Maintenance Module. He is also responsible for system administration and training of users.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

1.Operating the Plant Maintenance Module under the SAP system:

• Review the work plans and get approval through management.
• Issuing approved scheduled and non-scheduled work orders.
• Feedback reports into the system.
• Issuing different types of forms and reports.

2. Supervise system users in managing maintenance activities:

• Preparation of overhaul plans.
• Issuance of work requests.
• Job requirement and preparation (planning before issuing work orders).
• Issuing and enhancing control and analysis reports.
• Coordination with warehouse for spare parts preparation.

3. Guiding and following up the workflow.
4. System administration, including data management, setting of user profiles and passwords.
5. Support users in day-to-day operation.
6. Applying database backup procedure.
7. Enhancing and issuing planning and analytical reports.
8. Provide training on the job for the users.

Required Qualification, Experience and Skills:

• Applicants should preferably have a relevant degree such as High Diploma, Bachelor's in one of the following majors: Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology.
• The applicant must have proven working experience in supervision of project and, or maintenance jobs.
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in oil and gas production is required.
• Applicant must be able to define, identify and analyze problems.
• Knowledge of international standards
• He must understand all sorts of engineering drawings, like P&ID, PFD, isometrics and single line diagrams and modify these.
• Valid driving license is needed.
• Must have good level of English (written and spoken).
• Good communication skills.
• MS Office knowledge, MS-Project, or Primavera is mandatory.

Objectives of Job:

The Senior Instrumentation Technician is responsible for the installation, calibration, and maintenance of all field-based instrumentation within the company operation areas A91 and A107. The systems are state-of-the-art systems utilizing flow, pressure, level & temperature switches/transmitters, control valves etc. connected to a DCS system in the central control rooms. The instrumentation section is also responsible for instrumentation installed on such services as water treatment plants, compressed air systems etc., and all utilities associated with a self-contained desert-based facility as well as the wellhead instrumentation for ESD and control systems.  

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all works are carried out in line with the company HSE policy.
• Carry out installation, calibration, maintenance, and commissioning of all field-based instrumentation and associated cabling, tubing etc.
• Follow up instrumentation daily work and make sure all jobs are done and recorded in GMS/SAP PM as required.
• On completion of works ensure all relevant documentation, inspection certificates, P&IDs etc., are updated for integration into the company DCC.
• Provide support as required to large projects executed in the field such that they can be completed timely.
• Work with his team members on maintenance tasks during plant turnarounds and startups.
• Report the work progress to the instrumentation unit supervisor.

  Required Qualification, Experience and Skills:

• Technical Diploma or high diploma in instrumentation and process control.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas production facilities.
• Good knowledge in repairing of different types of valves and control valves.
• Good experience in flow computers and fluid metering systems.
• General knowledge of PTW systems as applied to oil production facilities.
• Ability to define/identify and solve technical problems.
• Good communication skills.
• Computer literate MS office, MS projects etc.
• Must have good level of English (written and spoken).

Objectives of Job:

The Senior Fire and Gas technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all fire and gas protection equipment installed at SOO field sites. He ensures that all equipment is regularly tested. Additionally, he assists in the planning and execution of maintenance projects, overseeing the completion of tasks and ensuring that all necessary paperwork and documentation are properly managed.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assure all Fire & Gas equipment/s are inspected, tested, and calibrated on a regular basis.
• Provide support to update documentation according to all works done on the Fire & Gas protection systems and report the work into GMS/SAP.
• Perform the day-to-day work independently and efficiently in his range of responsibility and provide feedback to his superior.
• Support the Fire & Gas unit supervisor in his duties to organize the work tasks and the workflow efficiently by providing feedback about the progress.
• Support his team members within his department to achieve the planned targets.
• Provide the required support and help to his team and the maintenance team during plant turnarounds, on testing Fire & Gas equipment and commissioning of new fire and gas systems.
• Give recommendations to Electrical & Instrumentation Superintendent head of section about possible improvements on the Fire & Gas systems.

Required Qualification, Experience and Skills:

• Diploma in Fire & Gas with a minimum 3-4 years of experience in service and maintenance on fire and gas protection systems.
• Experience with Kidde fire alarm and FM 200 extinguishing systems is recommended.
• Good communication skills.
• Good knowledge of PC software e.g., MS office.
• Must have good level of English (written and spoken).
• Valid certificate of competence for work on equipment in hazardous areas.
• Local driving license.
