On 14th & 15th July 2024, a final meeting to approve and deliver final package of Company procedures’ manual, as this project was delivered in collaboration with KPMG which is one of the big four in financial and legal consultation firms.
This project included preparation of procedures’ manual for six departments which are: HR, Material & Logistics, Training & Development, General Services, Internal Audit and Finance & Controlling.
The presentations were held on 2 days, first day meeting was attended KPMG representatives and relevant department managers to go through latest updates, while second day was chaired by OMC Chairman and attended of OMC members who all collected manuals’ final versions.
Sarir Oil Operations (SOO) is one of the first companies who conducted this project to document and upgrade procedure’ manuals which aids work acceleration and facilitates administrative procedures which in turn helps SOO achieves its production targets.
